I knew people who ate unhealthy foods and lived very long lives and also people who ate very healthy and exercised regularly and died young... there may be underlying health issues that effect our heart or other organs too. Of course we know it's more beneficial to eat healthy foods and exercise but probably most people have some very unhealthy eating habits for a variety of reasons. Maybe we should improve our own food habits and not be judgemental of others who may struggle With this issue..
